As your typical gym bro, I was surround by meat heads in the gym telling me to eat more chicken, drink 2 litres of milk per day to get bigger and stronger?

In 2014 I discovered a very controversial YouTuber by the name of Vegan Gains, he had the largest influence on my decision to go vegan.
For 2 years he popped at the bubble wrap blanket I'd put around myself my whole life...

Eventually I had no more bubbles to pop, exposing me to my own hypocrisy and stuck at a cross road...

Over 6 years on, originally telling myself it was for environmental reasons, I am vegan for the animals.
Although I work in the health and fitness industry, it's important to outline that going vegan is not for health or environmental reasons.
That's just an added bonus.
Being vegan means you stand against unnecessary violence and suffering.
That being said, I love helping people do this while also improving some or even all health markers.
